Spring Valley Reservoir, East of Troy, Idaho

Latah CADThis annual event is organized by our good friends at the Latah Soil & Water Conservation District. This is an all-day fieldtrip with instruction beginning at 9:15 AM and concluding at 2:00 PM. Students will have the opportunity to learn about anadromous fish, aquatic macroinvertebrates, forestry, outdoor survival, native plants and pollinators, and soil health. Students will also get a chance to brush up on their fishing skills. Parents are welcome.

 HIS, Inc. brought about 30 homeschooling children and parents last year to this fun outdoors event. Please RSVP by sending an email to will@homeschoolscience.org
