Worldview begets practice

Why not just offer the fun, cool science activities, talk about their importance, and leave the messy origins topic alone?

Science at its core is a search for truth. This simple and wonderful precept has been obscured and ignored by the Science Institutions for far too long.

Our goal for the Pathways for STEM Education conference is for every parent to “Get Inspired, get informed, get prepared and use the HIS Conference to launch your best year in Homeschool Science Study yet!”

To be able to get there we have to start with the absolutes. We have to start with the truth. Since the entire scientific endeavor falls apart in a relativistic environment (your truth is yours, mine is mine, mine is as good as yours, etc.) we are in a good position. Our faith and science have historically gotten along just fine and they continue to regardless of what the institutions may say.

This is where we come in. We want to encourage you in your faith and in your homeschooling journey in the sciences. Our Pathways to STEM Education will strengthen your faith, grow your understanding of the sciences, and give you the resources you need to bring your homeschool science program to life!

Oh and what if, just what if, your worldview influenced how you did science? What if the door to possibilities was just blown off the hinges because scientists weren’t constrained by a false framework with limited explanatory power. What if your children were free to “think God’s thoughts after Him,” as the scientists and STEM professionals of tomorrow?!

Register by March 9 for the early bird special. See you there!

We've noticed what seems to be an early emergence of a variety of insects this spring including butterflies, assorted beetles, and even dragonflies. Hotter than normal early May temps brought early and short lived blooms as well. #butterfly
