Troy, Idaho City park across from Sunset Mart Gas station on Hwy 8 as you enter town from Moscow.
Join us as we spend the morning with the Latah Soil & Water Conservation District staff. These on the ground stewards restore watersheds and native ecosystems. We will be learning first hand about the recent effort to reconnect several miles of stream above an old non-functional dam near Troy, Idaho.
Please provide a snack and water for your children. Dress for field work. Parent or responsible adult attendance required. This field trip is tailored for ages 5-11 but is open to all ages.
